Property Letting and Management Agreement
This agreement covers the full scope of property letting and management services, including tenant vetting, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. It’s perfect for landlords who want a hands-off, professional approach, ensuring the property is managed efficiently and rental income is maximised without day-to-day involvement.
Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) Agreement
The AST is used when you rent out the entire property to one tenant or a group of tenants. It sets out clear terms for rent payment, tenant responsibilities, and provides you with legal protection, ensuring that both you and your tenants understand your rights and obligations.
Single Room Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
This agreement is ideal if you want to maximize profit by letting individual rooms in your property, whether it’s a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) or not. It allows you to rent out rooms separately while providing tenants the legal protection of an AST, helping you generate higher returns from multiple tenants.
